Before and After School
"Our Captains of TIA III"

Kindergarten - 12 Years Old

Our before and after school program is designed to guide children as they grow into confident leaders.

Like true Captains of TIA III, school-age students take the helm of their own learning journey, building responsibility, independence, and teamwork.

With opportunities for homework support, creative projects, and collaborative activities, they strengthen essential life skills while exploring their interests. In this supportive environment, every child feels empowered, respected, and ready to navigate both school and life beyond with confidence.

Program Highlights

  • Learning through leadership and responsibility: School-age students step into leadership roles as they help set routines, mentor younger peers, and take ownership of their work. From managing classroom jobs to leading group activities, they gain confidence and pride in their growing independence.

  • Learning through homework and study skills: Our program provides structured time and support for homework, giving students strategies for organization, focus, and problem-solving. These habits build academic responsibility while reducing stress for families at home.

  • Learning through creativity and exploration: Children expand their imaginations through hands-on projects in art, STEM, and dramatic play. Whether designing a structure, experimenting with science, or putting on a skit, they practice critical thinking, collaboration, and self-expression.

  • Learning through physical activity: Daily opportunities for indoor/outdoor play help students build endurance, coordination, and teamwork. Structured games and free play alike encourage resilience, healthy habits, and positive peer connections.

  • Learning through social skills and teamwork: In our supportive environment, students strengthen communication, empathy, and cooperation. Group challenges, team-building activities, and community projects teach the value of collaboration and respect for others.

  • Learning through community and citizenship: Older children develop an awareness of their role in the larger community. By learning about service, diversity, and global perspectives, they grow into compassionate, open-minded leaders—ready to chart their course as the “Captains” of TIA III.
